I love Ocean Springs!  I want to help home owners and buyers understand the single family home market conditions in Ocean Springs. Lets identify what is actually available in the Ocean Springs market.  I conducted a broad generalized search of the current inventory. The criteria was to locate an active, single family home, within a given price range.  I searched the MGC multiple listing service platform. The results were as follow:

Ocean Springs doesn’t have that much inventory available if your searching using this very broad search criteria.  The numbers get considerably smaller in each class once you enter more search parameters.  Necessities such as number of bedroom, home size, number of bathrooms, school preference, etc… drastically shorten the list.  For example, There are only three 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000-2500 sqft properties available in the 151k – 175k category.
